Missouri State University is accepting applications for a PROJECT MANAGER for Planning, Design, and Construction. Responsibilities: providing construction management of assigned projects within the University system, including coordinating all construction activity on these projects from programming and concept through occupant move-in; in-house or through a consultant employed by the University to assist with the project; assisting with the selection of consultants engaged by the University, coordinating the work of the consulting firms throughout the project, and providing in-house technical and design support; assisting in the development of the campus master plan.

Missouri State University is accepting applications for ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER in Planning Design and Construction: Responsibilities: assisting other departmental staff in the development and execution of projects and managing smaller or less complex projects; assisting with the development of building programs and in the development of presentations, including creating graphics and architectural renderings; assisting in creating contract documents, including drawings and specifications for competitive bidding; assisting in the management of ongoing construction; assisting in the maintenance of standards by working with others in the department to develop standard details and specifications that may be incorporated into projects; researching and compiling building data for use by the University, staying current with the software used in the department, and assisting in the development of the campus master plan.
